The Blue Byrdes (“we,” “us”) keeps this simple. We run a small band website and only collect the information we need to keep you posted about shows and music.
What we collect

Mailing list: if you sign up, we store the email address you give us so we can send show and release updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Basic analytics: our host may collect anonymous, aggregated visit data (such as page views) to help us understand what's useful. This is not used to identify you.
Third-party services
Some pages embed or link to services that have their own privacy policies, including YouTube (video embeds), our email newsletter provider, and GoFundMe (donations). When you interact with those, their terms and cookies apply. We don't control and aren't responsible for their practices.
What we don't do
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. We don't send spam. We only use your email to talk to you about the band.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, or ask us to delete the information we hold about you. Just reach out and we'll take care of it.
